WHAT IS THE 22 MINUTE HARD CORPS?
22 Minute Hard Corps is a military inspired workout that’s like a bootcamp in your living room! The program includes both cardio and strength days and utilizes minimal equipment (the challenge pack even comes with a PT sandbag to fill to your desired resistance level). This quick and efficient program is awesome for anyone on a time crunch but still wants a program that packs a punch!
