WHO CAN DO THIS PROGRAM?
Literally ANYONE! This workout is fun an enjoyable for men and women of any age. And trust me, I am not a dancer so if I can do it, you ABSOLUTELY can do it! I found Cize to be a nice break from some of the high intensity workout I had been doing and a fun way to get in my daily exercise. Even with no dance background, the way the moves are broken down makes the routines easy to pick up and it was a good opportunity to challenge myself to something outside of my athletic repertoire. 😉 Don’t be afraid to try something new – I found myself laughing and smiling through this program, even though dancing it totally unfamiliar to me.
