P90X3 is fitness accelerated! It takes everything you love about P90X and shortens it to 30 minutes per workout. Don’t worry, it’s still plenty intense! This 90-day program combines strength with cardio and agility, plus flexibility to give you a truly well rounded workout program without spending hours working out each day.
I personally found that P90X3 helped me to build lean muscle, helped with core stabilization, and actually helped me to strengthen a weak rotator cuff in one of my shoulders. While Tony Horton knows how to bring it on the cardio and strength days, he also helps you take in down a notch and work through some flexibility training with the yoga and pilates days as well. You’ll even find a kick-boxing style workout with MMX that will leave you feeling like a badass! 😉 I loved the well rounded approach this program brought right into my living room!

WHO CAN DO THIS PROGRAM?
This program is for everyone! If you already consider yourself fit, you will find this program challenges you to new levels of strength, agility, and endurance. If you are new to fitness, the modifier is where it’s at and you will be able to adapt this program to your current fitness level.
