WHAT IS SHAKEOLOGY?
Shakeology is nutrition simplified and what I affectionately call “my nutritional compass”! It is NOT your average protein shake and was my first step to improving my health and making nutritional changes that felt really overwhelming when I got started! I’ve been drinking this daily for over 4 years now. Shakeology is designed to fill in nutritional gaps that we ALL have given environmental factors and the way food is grown, raised, and processed prior to getting to our stores and ultimately into our homes.
The dense nutrition in Shakeology helps improve your gut health by gently eliminating toxins more efficiently while allowing for better absorption of the essential nutrients you need. It is meant to replace one meal per day and I generally recommend that people choose the meal they find hardest to fit into their day or the one that is the most challenging to stay on track.

- Vegan Chocolate with lots of ice, 12 almonds, unsweetened vanilla almond-coconut milk, and a teaspoon of all-natural peanut butter (it’s like drinking a Reeses!)
- Vegan Cafe latte with lots of ice, 12 almonds, unsweetened vanilla almond-coconut milk, and unsweetened coconut flakes (beats a Starbucks frappuccino any day!)
