WHAT IS TURBOFIRE?
Turbo Fire is an intense cardio conditioning program that incorporates High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), which ignites your metabolism and helps you burn calories for up to 48 hours after your workout. HIIT training can burn up to 9x more fat than regular cardio does so you can count on a serious calorie burn both during and after your TurboFire workout!
There are 12 workouts total, that range in length from 10-55 minutes and are designed to be completed 6 days per week. The program includes a workout schedule so you know exactly which workout to do on what day. This both keeps things from getting dull and ensures you are working all parts of your body in a strategic pattern.
There is a “New to Class” option that will breakdown each move so you know how to do it with the right form, and the “Fuel the Fire” meal plan to make sticking to the program even easier and enhance your results by getting serious in the kitchen too!

WHO CAN DO THIS PROGRAM?
I would personally recommend having a solid fitness base before starting TurboFire. Can it work for anyone? Sure. But I want you to have the most success possible and having personally tried these workouts, I can tell you that you need a certain level of agility and cardiovascular endurance to effectively work through this program. So, I would say get started and establish a fitness base first, then work your way up to this calorie crushing program as the next step on your fitness journey!
