Mango Peach Sorbet

Beat the heat with this 4-ingredient Mango Peach Sorbet!

As the summer months draw near, it seems there is no shortage of reasons to cheat on your meal plan. There is also no shortage of time in a swimsuits, shorts and tank tops, so I thought you might be interested in one of my favorite summer sweet treats!  This sorbet is sure to hit the spot and cure your sweet tooth!  It’s all natural, extremely fresh, and just a little bit tart.

All you’ll need is:

  • 1 bag frozen mangos
  • 1 bag frozen peaches
  • 4 tbsp organic honey (local is best, especially for allergy prevention)
  • 4 tbsp unsweetened vanilla almond coconut milk
  • unsweetened coconut flakes for topping – these are fancy cut 😉 😉

Throw all of the ingredients (except coconut flakes) into  a blender or food processor and blend until smooth (about 4-5 minutes), occasionally pushing the ingredients down with a spatula.

Makes about 6, 1 cup servings.
